Before you hit send, let’s keep it safe. Never, ever send us your password, 2FA codes, or that secret seed phrase for your wallet. We don’t want ’em, and we don’t need ’em to help with content. Also, if you’re sending a screenshot to show us a UI error, please black out your ID, your balance, and any personal info. Keep it clean and keep it private!

Got a correction or a “How-to” question? Shoot an email to: [email protected]. We’re a small team, but we try to get back to you within 24 to 48 hours on business days. If you write to us on a Saturday night, give us until Monday or Tuesday to grab our coffee and reply!
